Refund Policy
We want you to evaluate PipScribe on your own files before purchasing. The following policy applies to eligible licenses purchased through the official PipScribe checkout.
Refund window
You may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the purchase email address and include the order number. You may include a short description of the problem so we can improve the product, but a reason is not required within the standard refund window.
License deactivation
A refunded license must be deactivated and must no longer be used. We may ask you to complete a deactivation step or confirm removal of activation data before processing the refund.
Processing
Eligible requests are normally reviewed within five business days. Approved refunds are sent through the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may require additional time before the credit appears.
Exceptions
Purchases made through another marketplace or reseller are subject to that seller's refund process. Fraudulent purchases, chargeback abuse, and licenses obtained in violation of the Terms of Service may be handled separately as permitted by law.
